Highly motivated Riba conscious buyers hire us to locate sellers in the neighborhoods of their choice. We convince these sellers to sell their properties based on our proprietary interest free seller financing method that saves buyers hundreds of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan by not having to pay interest.
II. Why would the sellers do something like this?

We run specific and time-consuming marketing campaigns on behalf of our Riba conscious buyers. This campaign may span over several months until we locate a property that the buyer likes.
IV. Why do you charge the buyer and not the seller?
One of the main reasons sellers agree to self finance on interest free basis is that they are not paying the sales commission. If the buyer is making a large down payment, then we may attempt to collect our fees from the seller. However, when the buyer is paying a small down payment, the seller cannot justify our fees because they have not collected bulk of their monies yet.
V. What if you can’t find a property of my choice?
Dynamics of every real estate market is different. At some point during our campaign if we realize that we will not be able to find a property for our buyer, we refund 100% of the fees collected thus far.
VI. How much do you charge?
Finding sellers in a specific neighborhood who are willing to give up the productive use of their capital in order to sell their property is not an easy task. Our charges vary depending on our assessment of the complexity of the marketing campaign. However, our fees are a tiny fraction of the savings realized by the buyer.
